You can register from our website using the contact form or you can apply via mail. We will respond to you within a week's time.

In case of individual booking or group bookings, payments must be made a minimum of 2 months prior to the program dates.

Should we buy travel insurance for our child?

Accepted Answer

It is recommended for you to purchase travel insurance for your child.

** Please note that we do not provide travel insurance, as insurances generally ask personal medical questions that need to be answered correctly.

How to prepare for the exploration journey?

We provide a program itinerary usually a week or two prior to the program dates.
We also provide item checklist which contains information regarding do's and don'ts at the destination, what to pack and other necessary information prior the program dates.

What if my child is travelling alone?

Accepted Answer

For participants under the age of 18 years, we make use of Airline service policy, assisting young unaccompanied travellers throughout the airport procedures. We inform the Airline prior to their scheduled flight, so that they are able to get the said assistance from the airline. Our team will be present at the airport pick up point to receive them.

Who will be travelling with my child?

Our program batch usually consists of students from multiple institutions travelling together in the same flight. So, worry not, they will be making wonderful friends along the journey.

At times chaperones from our organisation and teachers of institutions in case of groups also travel along for assistance.
